Photo Gallery | SUITE Unveils New Menu Options

SUITE, Jacksonville’s premier lounge and restaurant, recently unveiled its new menu featuring an expanded selection of chef-driven small plates and new entrée options.

New Light Fare selections include Crispy Calamari, Truffled Goat Cheese Mac, Gingered Pork Meatballs, Gorgonzola Kettle Chips, Cottage Fries topped with applewood-smoked bacon, sea salt, gorgonzola crumbles, scallions and organic tomatoes and a Shrimp-Tini – six succulent Black Tiger shrimp, slow-poached in cured lemon and Old Bay broth, served with Cuervo & Wildflower honey cocktail sauce.

Updated Signature Plates options include Cajun Lobster Tacos, Crab Cakes, Lobster Alfredo and a Mozzarella-Stuffed Turkey Burger topped with organic tomato bruschetta and aged balsamic, served on a grilled buttery brioche bun accompanied by crispy herb-tossed fries.

The menu also includes a new section of Heavy Fare, with options including Fresh Seafood Scampi, Chardonnay Mushroom Chicken, Szechuan Tuna, Key Lime Salmon, Grilled Petit Filet Mignon and Prosciutto Wrapped Grouper.

Additional salad and flatbread options are also available and the updated menu still includes popular items like Tuna Acovado Fusion, Lamb Burger, Steak on Toast and Lemon Chicken Skewers.

In addition to the new menu, the restaurant and lounge is also preparing for two big events over the coming weeks. First, SUITE hosts its second annual Black Tie Ball on New Years Eve. Advance tickets are available at the restaurant. SUITE will also host a special First Anniversary Celebration in January, details of which will be made available soon at
