JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A Jacksonville man was charged Wednesday with murder after fatally shooting another man on his front porch in the 100 block of South Nadia Michelle Court in the Harbour Springs Villas.
Christopher M. Charles, 19, of Nadia Michelle Court, allegedly murdered 33-year-old Ferneze Jones after an argument Tuesday afternoon, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.
After Charles was taken into police custody, he admitted to shooting Jones multiple times with his rifle, according to an arrest report. He told police that he was involved in an argument earlier in the day Tuesday with Jones.
